Registration                                                                                                                                                                                         The non-refundable Anniversary fee of $40.00/ family is payable upon registration and covers the 2018/19 school year and our summer programs. (September-August)  Registration forms will be available at your child's school. To enroll your child please return completed Registration form, Anniversary fee & first sessions tuition ($58.00) to your child's school. Please be sure to include child's name when making payment. Payments can also be mailed directly to the gym or paid online. All checks should be made payable to Tumble Bee Gym.


We do have open enrollment based on availability and you can register at anytime throughout the year. If you register mid session tuition will be prorated to the day of the child's first class.

Fees
The monthly tuition of $58.00 is based on four lessons per month. Tuition is due by the first class of each session. If not paid by the second class, you will receive a late notice and a $5.00 late fee will be charged. This policy will be strictly enforced. A two week notice is required if dropping out of the program. We do not credit missed classes. However, if your child will be missing a class due to a planned vacation please notify Tumble Bee Gym in writing or via email 2 weeks prior to the date of the vacation so that payment arrangements can be made. Payments
Payments can be made by check at your child's school. There is a $30.00 charge for all returned checks. Credit card, debit card and Flex-Fit payments can be made online only.

Refund Policy
Fees, less classes attended and a processing charge of $15.00, are refundable with written notification of cancellation at the end of the child's second scheduled class. All fees are non-refundable after the child's third scheduled class.

Make-ups
Each student is allowed three courtesy make-up classes/year at our gym. If your child requires a make-up, please call the gym at 868-1525 to schedule make-up day and time.

Weather
What do we do when it snows? In the event of inclement weather and class or school is cancelled we will extend the session at your child's school by one week.

What do I wear to class?
T-Shirt and shorts/sweatpants with socks and sneakers.
For safety reasons - tie back long hair, remove all jewelry, and do not wear jeans, dresses, wind pants, baggy clothing or pants that are to long.
